3.1 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchased items.
3.2 No Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges for any items once the package has been opened, except as outlined in Section 4.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Original Condition and Packaging: If, upon receiving your package, you discover that the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you may be eligible for an exchange.
4.2 Return Procedure: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, providing relevant details and supporting evidence of the issue.

4.4 Exchange Approval: If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
4.5 Exchange Options: Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will offer a replacement product of the same or similar value, subject to availability.
